Who can use JOLLIBUS?
JOLLIBUS serves students attending public, private, and charter schools, as well as after-school programs, based on route availability.
What JolliPlans™ are available?
We offer JolliRoute™ (monthly round-trip), JolliRoute One-Way™, JolliFlex™ (weekly), and JolliPrivate™ options so families can choose what best fits their schedule.
Do you offer one-way transportation?
Yes. One-way plans are available for families who only need morning pickup or afternoon drop-off.
Is weekly service available?
Yes. JolliFlex™ weekly plans are available for short-term needs, mid-month starts, or families who want to try JOLLIBUS before committing monthly.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on distance, route type (round-trip or one-way), and plan selection. Each family receives a personalized quote.
Are sibling discounts available?
Yes. Our JolliSibling™ program offers discounted pricing for families with multiple children riding on the same route.
How do I sign up?
Simply request a quote through our website or contact our team. Once your route is confirmed, we’ll guide you through enrollment.
Is there a registration fee?
Yes. A one-time registration fee per child applies to cover account setup and scheduling. This fee is not recurring.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, ACH, Zelle, and other secure electronic payment options. Recurring billing is available.
Will my child have the same driver every day?
Whenever possible, we assign consistent drivers and routes to help children feel comfortable and secure.
Who are the drivers?
All routes are led by trained, vetted drivers—our JolliCaptains™—who are committed to safety, professionalism, and care.
Do you provide car seats?
Yes. Age-appropriate safety seats and restraints are provided when required, in compliance with safety regulations.
Is JOLLIBUS suitable for children with special needs?
Yes. We work closely with families to support individual needs. Please share details during enrollment so we can accommodate appropriately
Do you offer after-school transportation?
Yes. JolliExtend™ provides transportation to after-school programs, extracurricular activities, and special events.
How will I know when my child is picked up or dropped off?
Families receive notifications and updates during service. Enhanced tracking is available with JolliTrack+™.
What happens if my child misses the bus?
If a pickup is missed, please contact our support team immediately so we can assist based on availability.
Are school holidays or breaks prorated?
Monthly plans are billed consistently and are not prorated for holidays. Weekly plans are billed only for weeks of service.
Can I pause or cancel service?
Yes. Service changes, pauses, or cancellations require advance notice. Please contact us to review your options.
How do I update my address or schedule?
Contact our support team and we’ll help update your information. Route changes may require advance notice.

Before Your First Ride – FAQs for Parents
We are pleased to welcome your family to JOLLIBUS. The information provided here addresses our most frequently asked questions and is thoughtfully shared to help ensure you and your child feel comfortable, confident, and well prepared for the first ride experience.
When will I receive my child’s pickup details?
You’ll receive your child’s confirmed pickup window, route details, and driver information before service begins. Pickup times are approximate and may vary slightly due to traffic and routing.
What time should my child be ready for pickup?
Please have your child ready and waiting 5–10 minutes before the scheduled pickup window. This helps keep routes running smoothly for all families.
Where will pickup and drop-off occur?
Pickups and drop-offs are door-to-door unless otherwise arranged. If a safe curbside location is required, we’ll confirm that with you in advance.
Will I meet the driver before the first ride?
Yes. On the first day, the driver (your child’s JolliCaptain™) will introduce themselves and confirm your child’s name before departure.
What should my child bring on the bus?
Your child should bring their backpack and any school-required items. Please avoid sending toys, food, or loose items unless approved.
Does my child need a car seat?
If your child requires a car seat or booster based on age and safety guidelines, JOLLIBUS will provide one at no additional cost.
How will I know my child arrived safely?
You’ll receive notifications when your child is picked up and dropped off. Families enrolled in JolliTrack+™ receive enhanced alerts and shared tracking.
Can someone else pick up my child in the afternoon?
Yes, but changes must be communicated in advance to our support team. For safety, we cannot release a child to an unapproved person.
What happens if my child is not at the pickup location?
If your child is not present at pickup time, the driver will wait briefly and then continue the route. Please contact our support team immediately if this occurs.
What if my child is sick or absent?
Please notify us as soon as possible if your child will not be riding. This helps us keep routes efficient and safe.
How do I communicate changes or questions?
Our support team is your main point of contact. For safety reasons, drivers do not answer calls or texts while driving.
What if there is a delay?
If there is a delay due to traffic, weather, or an unforeseen issue, families will be notified as soon as possible.
How do I help my child feel comfortable on the first ride?
We recommend explaining the routine ahead of time and letting your child know they’ll see the same friendly driver each day. Consistency helps children feel secure.
